These terms cover your use of the Flagged app and service. By using Flagged you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Flagged is an independent app that sends you news and price alerts about prediction markets you hold. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Polymarket or Kalshi, or any other exchange, broker, or trading venue. Market names and data belong to their sources.
Everything in Flagged is for information only. Nothing in the app is investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell anything. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, or advisor, and we are not licensed to give you financial advice.
Alerts are produced by automated systems, including AI models that read public news and score it against markets. They can be late, wrong, incomplete, duplicated, or missing entirely. Article summaries can misstate what an article says. Prices shown can lag the market. We make no guarantee of accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or delivery: a push notification depends on Apple's network and your device, and we do not promise that any particular alert will arrive, or arrive in time to act on.
Flagged is read-only. It never places orders, never moves money, never custodies assets, and never has withdrawal rights. It reads public blockchain data for wallet addresses you enter, and — only if you link them — uses the Polymarket US or Kalshi API credentials you supply, and uses them only to read your positions: never to place an order, cancel one, or move funds. You can remove any of them at any time in Settings.
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and for any gains or losses. Prediction markets carry risk, including total loss of the amount at stake. You are also responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you: prediction market trading is restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions, and it is your responsibility, not ours, to determine whether your activity is lawful where you are.
You sign in with Apple and are responsible for keeping access to your Apple account secure. Do not use Flagged to break the law, to attack or overload the service, to scrape or resell its content, or to circumvent its limits. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account, which removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, or discontinue the service, and we will make a reasonable effort to give notice where we can.
Flagged is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the information in it is accurate.
In plain language: if Flagged sends you a bad alert, a late alert, or no alert at all, and you lose money on a trade, that loss is yours, not ours. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost trading opportunities, or trading losses, arising from your use of Flagged. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the past twelve months (currently nothing) or 50 US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply only as far as the law allows.
We may update these terms as the app changes. The current version always lives at this URL with the date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect where practical, and continuing to use Flagged after an update means you accept the updated terms.
